On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Separate WC.
On the 2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 3: master suite with queen-size bed (160×190), TV and en-suite shower room with shower.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 400 m² semi-enclosed garden used for parking and an 80 m² enclosed garden to the rear on which you will find a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, iron.

The house is ideally located in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, in the heart of the village, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, a market, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the lawn of the house which can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles.
