Seasonal rental located 600 m from the sea and 700 m from the Sillon du Talbert.

Two-story house designed to accommodate four people and possibly an additional baby. A folding bed and high chair are available upon request. Well-behaved pets are welcome. The garden is enclosed on Rue de la Fontaine but remains open to our adjacent property. It is furnished with garden furniture and a parasol. The garage, which houses the washing machine, is available for storing guests' equipment (bicycles, etc.). Parking is available in the courtyard. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and the living room has a television. The house has internet access. The prices quoted include water, gas, and electricity. A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival, and a deposit of 30% of the total stay is due upon booking.
