"The room was clean and bed was comfy. The night I stayed thieves stole a motorbike from the carpark. For some reason the lights in the carpark are turned off in the middle of the night, leaving the carpark in darkness and reducing security as we found out. Might be good to leave the lights on in the carpark to increase security. I wouldn't leave valuables in my car here!"

"Staff are very busy so expect wait in line to check in, ask a question, get in to breakfast. Also breakfast items were not restocked quickly enough. No bowls and no one to ask, no cups for juice(did get restocked), pastries slow in putting out more. Juice wasn’t cold. Great position, close to everything, staff doing their best but could do with more staff in our opinion, they all were very busy. Told valet car was out the back when it was out the front as well. "

"The accommodation/peoperty is in good condition and has been very well maintained as a heritage Victorian type architecture. The sitting area at the back was a bit messy and not well kept. It was great having a shared common dining room and sitting areas where we could relax, enjoy a cup of tea or a drink at the end of the day or in the mornings. Unfortunately, the dining area was not regularly stocked up with drinking water/biscuits. The 2 mornings we were there, the dirty fushes from...

"😀 Das Charles Reuben Estate ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr geräumig mit einem besonderen Flair. Es ist in einer ruhigen Weingegend angesiedelt. 🙁 Wir wollten den BBQ benutzen, dieser war aber derart schmutzig, dass wir unser Stück Fleisch in der Pfanne gebraten haben. Schade dass beim Schlafzimmer kein Badezimmer vorhanden ist, wer ab und zu in der Nacht raus muss hat nicht gerade Freude die Treppen hinunter und wieder hinauf."

"We have stayed at Graham's apartments now 3 years in a row. We've have found the amenities good rooms were clean but just looking a bit tired needing refreshing.Staff have been excellent. Also close to shops within walking distance. Great to have free parking on site aswell."
