We are offering this charming house for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, less than a kilometre from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 80 m² and accommodation for up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two of which are adjoining), two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of approximately 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 1 single bed and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² garden + terrace at the rear of the house with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one space).

- A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
