We offer this charming house for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, less than a kilometer from the beach. It measures 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a lovely 31 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 200 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 31 m² living room with a sofa, TV, and a dining area for gathering around a delicious meal. - A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and stovetop.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with a shower and adjoining toilet with a vanity unit and a washing machine

On the first floor:
- Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a shower and adjoining toilet with a vanity unit

Outside:
The owner has recently carried out extensive work to give you direct access to the garden from the living room. There are still a few improvements to come, such as the installation of nets to secure the terrace railings, and the addition of furniture to make the most of the garden once the lawn is well grown!

- A pretty, enclosed, west-facing garden of around 200 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

- A 10 m² terrace accessible from the living room, designed for outdoor dining, with a staircase leading directly to the garden.

- A dedicated area for playing pétanque!

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
- You can park directly in the garden of the house (2 vehicles)
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station (15 km)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport (45 km)

Other remarks:
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Wifi not available. Possibility of hiring a 4G key for €6/day.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €15
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- Independent arrival: pick up your keys at a Keycafé box located in Saint-Alban, 4km from the accommodation (6 minutes by car), usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.

- A physical reception: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat, share their tips with you and give you the keys.
