"My stay was good... the room was clean and comfortable... the staff were courteous and friendly.
The only problem was pet fecies all over the grounds... however... the staff has just implemented a plan to solve the issue.

"I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in St. Louis Arnold on June 21. I got there probably around six 630. The young lady working in the desk was so very helpful. I had my dog with me my suitcase and another item I was carrying and she helped me get on the elevator and got me up to my room while she carried some stuff for me. The room was very clean. "Nice quiet hotel in quiet town just off 44. A few fast food and gas stations around. But our best find right in town was a Mexican restaurant called Camilas. It was family friendly, the service was great, and the food was better than great! We got into town late on a Sunday where few places but bars were open. "Our room was cleaned by Tiff and it was in perfect condition. Pool area was clean as well as the lobby and dining area. You can tell the staff cares. Everyone was very hospitable at breakfast. I also love that you can tip the support staff through the qr code. Would highly reccomend"
"This property has live plants everywhere and it is so refreshing!! In the pool area there are potted plants and a shower to rinse off!! You never see that at hotels!
The only negative thing I will bring up is the parking and the outside sitting area. You have to park pretty far from the front (only about 15 spaces up front) There is not much sitting space outside like other Comfort Inn and Suites in the area."
