"My wife and I checked in on Friday with Jim one of the owners. He walked us around the home and showed us the kitchen and where all the stuff was. Wi-Fi was sufficient for the stay. We stayed in the lower room, and there were cob webs around the lights and had a cabin/musty smell. This is not a Hilton or Marriott property, you are staying in a home that is off the beaten path. Would I stay there again? YES. If I addressed the issues with Jim and Tracy would have addressed it. "

"This home is located in a nature lovers paradise. The house is very nice and the covered porch is great. There is a path down to the river. They have a beautiful large deck overlooking the water and a staircase leading into the river. And the woods surround everything. "This was a great spot for our family vacation. The house was so spacious and clean. It had games, a pool table and a tv we never even turned on. It is so close to the beautiful lake. The sounds of nature were so beautiful and relaxing. It is so quiet you can hear every bird! The house was so well stocked with everything you need to make your meals. The beds are so comfy, and rooms so nice and welcoming. Great communication before, during and after by the owner. Highly recommend this...

"Spent the 4th of July weekend here with my wife and our dogs and we loved the convenience of the location being so close to Lake Wallenpaupack and Hawley. Had all the amenities we needed and the dogs found it quiet and cozy for their much needed “relax” time as well. Highly recommended!"

"Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay.
