"We were looking for a location near the Drake Campus for graduation ceremonies. When I originally booked the home, I was charged an additional 50 for early checkin. I neither requested or needed this. I only discovered it after I noticed the charges seemed high. "Matt was a great host! He gave great directions to get to the property and how to checkin and out. The house is beautiful! It was a short drive to the fairgrounds and was great for multiple families to stay in, definitely beats a hotel. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating due to frigid temps and a snow storm, but it looked like a great place to hang out when the weather is nice. I would highly recommend and we would stay here again!"

"The house was clean but 2 things just removed this from my list of locations I would return to. 1. The address is incorrect. They gave us the address to the house next store. Not a nice experience when I opened up the door to see someone was living there. They were very nice about the intrusion and had said we were not the first to show up at their house not the rental next door. 2. The beds were very uncomfortable. I think that is job 1 for a rental. "Do not stay at this property. The pictures are incredibly deceiving. The home is old and run down. When we arrived for our stay, the dishes had been placed back in the drawers dirty. The basement where the fourth bedroom is located is dark and dirty. There are mouse traps in the basement and a mouse ran across my daughter's foot when we were down there. There was garbage in the corners of the basement and the dryer door handle was missing and the owner had shoved a coat hanger in there to...
