"I tend to judge a hotel by its bed, shower pressure and pillows. This hotel ticks the box on all 3 which should be common across all hotels but sadly isn't. "We loved our short stay at the Rivulet and our room was spacious, well appointed and with a luxurious extra wide bed. We were aware of a shower running in another room but overall we had a very comfortable stay. The grounds and the amenities and on-site parking were also much appreciated. "A great place to park yourself within east walking distance to Salamanca Wharf. Great places to eat especially Botanical just down the hill. Our room was super comfy with fluffy white towels. The only downer was the shower over the bath. So old fashioned in today’s world."
