"The Casa Sendero de Mar was perfect for our group of eight. The house was as described and communication with the owner was outstanding. I would definitely recommend staying here with a large group of friends or two families. The bedrooms are spread out nicely so you can achieve privacy when needed. While the beach down the path out the back is pretty, that is not where you will want to swim. The beach club nearby (car or golf cart needed) has a great pool, beach and food. "The property was unique and wonderful. Our host, LaRaye, made the process easy and had great suggestions on activities, restaurants, etc. Cesar and Jacky in the office exceeded expectations, and the other property staff was friendly and helpful. "The house was great for our spring break vacation. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens), plus my parents. "My family had the opportunity to stay at Casa Timlin and what a great choice. The views are spectacular and just as pictured. The location is super convenient, 5 minutes to everything, tourist shops, grocery, bars, etc. the house is cutting edge and very safe. Tim is a great host and we definitely made a friend in Costa Rica. Don’t overlook this home, you will be missing out if you do!"

"The home is just as lovely as the pictures show and the views are equally amazing. "It was absolutely amazing in every way. A truly fantastic house with private bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Wonderful pool with epic views. "We had a great stay in Playa Grande and would definitely return to stay again. The communication with the owners and the house manager were excellent throughout the process. The pictures are accurate and the space is great. We were very comfortable. Having the beach about 50 yards away was awesome and the pool got used a lot too. "Esse foi nosso quarto hotel na Costa Rica e, sem nenhuma dúvida, o melhor de todos. Primeiramente, o hotel é lindo. Os jardins sao super bem cuidados, os ambientes limpos e todos os funcionários são super simpáticos. O café da manhã foi o melhor que tivemos no país, muitas opções de frutas, iogurtes, paes, frios, comidas típicas e uma estação de ovos. Havia também mimosas todas as manhãs. O jantar, incluído na diária, foi muito melhor do que imaginávamos. Todas os dias os pratos mudavam e tínhamos duas opções de entrada, prato principal e sobremesa para escolher previamente. As opcoes eram sempre muito boas. Sobre a localização, a melhor possível. O hotel possui uma passagem pela rua principal, que permite fácil acesso aos restaurantes, bares e praia. Um curta de caminhada de apenas alguns metros por um caminho lindo. O bar de praia do hotel foi outra grata supresa. Parecia pequeno pelas fotos, mas acomoda perfeitamente os hóspedes e é uma super comodidade. Achei genial! Enfim, só tenho elogios. Se voltasse à Tamarindo, com certeza ficaria novamente no Jardin del Éden."
