"Love this place. Delightful owners, wonderful view and jungle property, excellent food and cocktails! If you do the beach hike through the jungle, have bug spray! 😄"

"Our room, bathroom, and balcony were spacious. The pool area was nice and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made our stay special. Breakfast was made to order and excellent."

"We love this place, it is stunningly beautiful, clean, food and service are top notch! Thank you Roxy you are a real gem! We will be back! 💕"

"What an amazing piece of paradise! The property is stunning and the staff is very friendly and informative. I would say a 4x4 vehicle is required, especially in the rainy season. We saw tons of birds and enjoyed listening to the howler monkeys in the morning from the porch. I would definitely stay again and refer my friends!"

"The place is beautiful and the staff is super friendly"

"Outstanding, and the perfect end to a travel and tour-filled vacation. Vayu is an idyllic retreat, nestled in the jungle, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. We were even visited by a pair of inquisitive toucans. The rooms are huge - clean and a bed with bedding more comfortable than home. Everything has been perfectly considered - design and integration of technology (most notably the lighting and sound systems). The pool is lovely for a dip to cool off, but beaches are close if you...

"Lovely property. Full of trails in its reserve. Went to the shore - 20 minutes through the woods - to the most magnificent and wild shore. Like heaven! Also went to the natural pool and waterfall - beautiful and cool! The garden, the ocean view from every spot, and the natural and simple wooden rooms - all was a great scene for nature. Dishes of the hotel restaurant (lunch/dinner), not cheap but very tasty. The only thing we missed is an umbrella (which was a must in any other hotel this time...

"10/10 recommendation for couples. Jimmy was a great cook and very friendly. He’s definitely an asset. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was very relaxing and refreshing. First time in Costa Rica and it was perfect staying here."

"Cute, quirky hotel in a great location for waterfall and whale watching trip. Room was basic but clean and comfortable, ideal for our 2 night stay."
