"It is a nice property, the room was clean, kitchen was a plus and bathroom was good too. You can listen to other apartments very easily and during the weekend it is especially noisy around, but during the night it was more quiet overall. The beach is 10 steps from the property, rooftop view is beautiful. "* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again.
