"Lovely bungalow which had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Bungalows have reserved sun loungers with an umbrella which is good. Supermarkets, various shops, restaurants and bars only a short walk.The staff are really friendly and helpful. "
"I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there)....

"Viajei com o minha e esposa e com o meu filho de 7 anos. A chegada ao hotel foi excelente, fomos brindados com uma taça de champanhe e com a simpatia dos funcionários da recepção. O hotel está bem localizado, perto da praia e dos vários restaurantes ali existentes. Boa comodidade, quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. Boa higiene, boa comida, excelente ambiente envolvente com o restaurante situado numa esplanada junto à piscina e ao jardim. Os funcionários do hotel estavam sempre atentos ao bem...

"Not a four star, at least not in what comes to service. Not understanding that the front desk is the face of the house and the first impression the guest receives is key is a mistake.
The girl that takes over on the afternoons/nights, should really not be there. Getting answers to questions like "that's not my business, i'm just doing reception, ask someone tomorrow" is a bit too much, makes you feel unwelcome and antagonized. Not what you want on holidays.
More, a four star without a 24 front...

Then the guy of the reception just gave me his phone number. I asked why he was giving me his phone number and not the taxi company and he answered that I shouldn't be worried (maybe he didn't know the number). So, of course 3:30 am I was there feeling very tired and there was no taxi. First I tried google and some place at GC airport gave me another number near the hotel area. Then the number he gave didn't answer. Then I tried the number that the guy of the reception gave me (also no answer). And finally I tried the emergence number of the hotel. Someone answered but seemed annoyed that I would call asking help for that. But at least he gave a number who answered that time. It was very annoying and it's not acceptable such thing to happen in a hotel with that price.
It should have a 24 hours reception and a better trained staff. Other than that, the hotel is nice, good room and great pool and Jacuzzi."
