"I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there)....

"Not a four star, at least not in what comes to service. Not understanding that the front desk is the face of the house and the first impression the guest receives is key is a mistake.
The girl that takes over on the afternoons/nights, should really not be there. Getting answers to questions like "that's not my business, i'm just doing reception, ask someone tomorrow" is a bit too much, makes you feel unwelcome and antagonized. Not what you want on holidays.

"Gostei muito do espaço os funcionários são 5 estrelas, comer muito bom e com variedade. Tive um pequeno problema e foram muito rápidos a resolver. A única coisa que estava negativo era o exaustor do fogão não trabalhava nem tinha luz ( mas não reclamei, porque só cozinhamos uma vez). De resto 5 estrelas. "

Os empregados do jardim, começam a trabalhar muito cedo, o que faz com que haja barulho de manhã.

"Check in foi rápido. O bangalô e suficiente para 2. Mais que isso é pequeno. As ducha e camas são razoáveis, não muito confortável. O buffet e grande e farto. A bebida e aparte. Tive problema para meu controle de meia pensão. Não é organizado. O ônibus pra praia poucos horários para voltar. Acabei voltando de táxi da praia. Longe de tudo. Mas táxi barato. Limpeza só teve 1 dia. Disseram que é assim mesmo. Check out foi tranquilo. Ambiente e bom e agaradavel. "
"Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nähe gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare Hauptstraße hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir würden bestimmt wieder...

Then the guy of the reception just gave me his phone number. I asked why he was giving me his phone number and not the taxi company and he answered that I shouldn't be worried (maybe he didn't know the number). So, of course 3:30 am I was there feeling very tired and there was no taxi. First I tried google and some place at GC airport gave me another number near the hotel area. Then the number he gave didn't answer. Then I tried the number that the guy of the reception gave me (also no answer). And finally I tried the emergence number of the hotel. Someone answered but seemed annoyed that I would call asking help for that. But at least he gave a number who answered that time. It was very annoying and it's not acceptable such thing to happen in a hotel with that price.
It should have a 24 hours reception and a better trained staff. Other than that, the hotel is nice, good room and great pool and Jacuzzi."
