Our Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 61 or more days prior to the first day of your reservation dates, we will give you an 80% refund of the total. If you cancel 120 days or more prior to the first day of your reservation dates we will give you a 100% refund.

HTR has two amazing swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs, lounge beds and umbrellas to spend your day sipping cocktails and soaking up the sun. One of the pools has an "upper falls" area designated "ADULTS ONLY". Service staff roam the pool and beach areas all day taking orders and delivering right to your spot. The beach and lagoon are gorgeous and water activities abound at both the beach and the pools. Multiple hot tubs are available if you want to soak out the stress! HTR has childcare activities and a nursery available to help the adults have some "alone" time.

For an additional fee you can purchase an "all-inclusive" package per person that includes all of your food, drinks, alcohol and other surprises, or you can order a la carte at any of the six fabulous restaurants or 24-hour room service. You can also make a grocery run and prepare some of your own food...the kitchenette is limited however. Our favorite place to enjoy breakfast is the Pool area grill where you can watch the wildlife meander around the river and pool area over a fabulous cup of coffee. For lunch you might want the outdoor Wood-fired Pizza Grill...some of the best pizza you will ever eat! For dinner you can go for something a little more formal and choose from three luxury dining experiences...Italian, Mexican or Japanese. And, of course, if none of those meet your needs you can always go to the Buffet which always has more fabulous food available than you can imagine including 'make your own" pasta station at dinner, taco station at lunch, and omelet station at breakfast.. The Dessert Bar/Soda Fountain is where you can get your sugar rush and take the kids for hot cocoa or other delectable sugary treats! Love late nights? The Sports Bar is typically rockin' late! HTR serves premium American liquors so just ask for what you want!

Work on vacay? Blasphemous but not a problem with the resort-wide FREE wifi (even poolside!). Your valuables, including your laptop, will be secure in the in-room safe. And, if you need to exchange your money for pesos, the front desk will be happy to assist you. Essentially, you can do anything you need to while you are there!

Speaking of safety, HTR requires that only guests be admitted past the guarded front gate. They don't even allow taxis beyond the front gate unless a bellman has ordered one for you. Once you enter the front gate you are on nearly 400 acres of seclusion and privacy. The resort is pristinely clean and the staff are welcoming and very happy you are there.

Gym rats will appreciate the state-of-the art workout facilities complete with everything you need to stay in shape while on vacay. And, if you love SPA treatments you will really LOVE the HTR Spa offering all of the traditional spa services at reasonable rates.

Forget something? HTR has a wonderful retail store on site that offers everything from personal items to clothing and jewelry!
