Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive on your own schedule (within established hours) without waiting. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always available by message for anything you need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located just one block from the beach in one of the best areas of Playa del Carmen, with a resort-style vibe. You are right in the heart of the action - top restaurants, beach clubs, bars, shops, convenience stores, and supermarkets are all a short stroll away, and the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) is close by.



Getting Around:

Prime location with easy access to public transportation. The main ADO bus station in Playa del Carmen is a short taxi ride away, with direct connections to Cancun, Tulum, and Cancun International Airport (CUN). The airport is about a 45-minute drive depending on traffic. Taxis and private transfers are easy to arrange; no car is needed to enjoy the area.



Other Things to Note:

All guests agree to follow the good-neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.



Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official government-issued ID of each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



As we are in a tropical destination, you may occasionally encounter small local wildlife; please keep food covered and treat the surroundings with respect.
