Next to the kitchen is the dining area that has a table for up to 6 people, within this space is also the living room with TV, and it also has a small balcony with a view of the pool. Additionally, it has a laundry area that is next to its kitchen which is equipped with a washer and dryer.



This complex has elevators in the building, 2 pools, a gym, 24-hour security, spacious gardens, underground parking, just 1 block from Fifth Avenue, 4 blocks from DAC and Mega supermarkets.
