Welcome to Casa McLaren, managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This condominium is located in Piedra Viva Condominiums, one of the most central areas of Playa del Carmen, just steps away from 5th Avenue and close to the beach, shopping centers, and restaurants.



The main bedroom features a Queen bed, spacious closet space, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a wardrobe. Each room is equipped with high-speed Internet access and air conditioning.



Additionally, the option of a third bedroom with a terrace is available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, breakfast bar, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Next to the kitchen is the living room, complete with TV, books, and board games for family entertainment and access to a private balcony. Outside the building, you will have access to a parking space.



Piedra Viva Condominiums has a shared pool in the center of the building, equipped with showers and loungers.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.



Early Entry / Late Exit:

- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
