Step into this minimalistically chic condo. Its open design seamlessly blends the TV sitting area, kitchen and dining areas for quality time together. The sitting room has a comfy sofa facing a Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances and essentials needed to prepare a basic meal at home. You can dine at the dining table for 6 or use the table as a comfy laptop workspace if needed; you’ll have good 50 Mbps WiFi speed throughout.

There are two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds, AC, ceiling fans, ample closets, and a small balcony in each. There are two full modern bathrooms with spacious stand-in showers and rainfall showerheads. The living room couch can also be a single sofa bed if flexible sleep space is needed or for a fifth guest.

What’s more, the Alaïa condo complex has a lovely little rooftop plunge pool and plenty of lounge hangout spots to relax the day away!

The condo is about 57 km | 36 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange airport transportation. Please let us know if you need any assistance. If you come by car, you’ll have one parking spot at the complex for a small car (no SUVs); otherwise, you’ll have to park on the street (with parking meters). Also know this location puts you within walking distance of almost everything in town.

For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus where you need to go.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Electricity is included in short-term stays (up to 21 nights), but please help save energy and preserve our planet by closing windows/doors when using the A/C and turning it off every time you leave. 20 kW per day of electricity consumption is included. For long-term stays (21 nights+), electricity is 4 MXN per kW based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are allowed. Please inform us at booking if traveling with your pet.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner.
- Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Please advise if you would like an early check-in or a late check-out. Fees may apply.
