Resort access included: shared resort pools, direct beach access, landscaped gardens and high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work.



Important: This home is a lock-off unit attached to a larger apartment. The laundry room and main hallway are shared spaces, so other guests may be present during your stay.



Guest Access:

Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive on your own schedule within the allowed hours. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are available by message throughout your stay for anything you need.

Just steps from the property you will find the pristine beach and the turquoise Caribbean Sea.



Nearby shops and restaurants offer options for every taste, from authentic local cuisine to fine international dining. A short, pleasant walk brings you to the world-famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) with boutiques, bars and nightlife.



Supermarkets and pharmacies for everyday essentials are also a short distance away.

Located in Mareazul, Playa del Carmen, with easy access to transportation:



- From the airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 50-minute drive.

- To downtown: Reach central Playa del Carmen and Fifth Avenue by taxi or Uber, both widely available.

- Public transit: Nearby bus stops connect to key points across the city and tourist destinations.

- Parking: Complimentary street parking is available if you rent a car.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we will request a photo of a government-issued ID for each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. The official ID of each guest is required to authorize access and to comply with the building's rules and good-neighbor policy.



You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, geckos, the occasional insect). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside, as we care deeply for the local environment.



Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment is available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21 degrees Celsius.
