Hotéis românticos em Playa de las Américas

"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"Hotel bem localizado... Boa relação qualidade/preço. Recomendo ;)"

"Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! Very friendly, helpful and we felt looked after"

"Really good central hotel. Staff helpful & welcoming. Bedding, towels etc lovely and soft, bed also very comfortable. Food choice is good, I am GF which was also always accommodated. Hotel is not overly plush but location is a winner."

"We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year."

"Excellent hotel, staff so friendly and nothing was too much for them"

"Hotel molto pulito e ben tenuto , molto tranquillo . Colazione buona e abbondante ,ci tornerei volentieri"

"I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the conditions of the room I am staying in. Unfortunately, I have noticed the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the spring mattress is quite uncomfortable and does not meet quality expectations. Overall, the room is far below the expected standard, especially considering the daily rate being charged. I hope these issues are addressed urgently and that the hotel takes the necessary steps to...

"Perfect location with beautiful rooms, a wonderful included breakfast and great staff."

"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean. Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude. All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned. Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...
