"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean. Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude. All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned. Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...

I hope these issues are addressed urgently and that the hotel takes the necessary steps to...

"Hotel bem localizado... Boa relação qualidade/preço. Recomendo ;)"

"Ficamos 10 dias neste hotel, que de forma geral consideramos uma boa experiência, contudo há vários fatores a serem melhorados: - O serviço foi péssimo, principalmente no bar, onde o atendimento com todos os hóspedes de forma em geral, foi bastante desfavorecido. - Na receção, foi-nos negado água! "Great hotel and breakfast. Location is ideal next to the beach but not too far from the golden mile. Close enough without hearing much of the noise. Breakfast selection was great and pianist entertainment during breakfast is also great. Pool & pool area well maintained. Not too busy, plenty of beds and pool snack bar also nice. All round great visit!"
