"Owner was amazing. I had a delayed flight and they checked up on me and even gave me a ride from a nearby hotel as I was having a hard time getting Uber rides within Pinilla. Internet was strong and I was able to work remotely without issues during my meetings. The room is comfy and the property is just excellent. "This place is a wonderful home base for a visit to Avellanas. It's about 15 min walking from Avellanas beach (world class waves), 15 min driving from Playa Negra and about 30 min driving from Tamarindo. The space is really great: well equiped kitchen, big clean and nice bathroom and in both bedroons the beds are very comfortable. All the communication went very smoothly, and they were available all the time for any issue. I really recommend this place if you're thinking to explore around...

"We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. We had to leave after staying only one of our two nights as we just didn't have enough food.
