Holiday home up to 4 persons, ground floor = 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower / WC, cellar = 1 bedroom with DB The property is located at ground level and has a spacious living room with fully fitted kitchen (incl. Nespresso machine) and a stove. In the living area you will find a large flat screen TV and a system with radio, CD and DVD.  Furthermore, there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The shower has walk-in access. One floor down, there is a second bedroom with a double bed, which is available for a minimum of 3 persons or on request at an additional cost. Both bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen TVs. The equipment is modern and comfortable. The house has underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is free. Bed linen / towels are not included in the price, but can be booked, these are only in the house to use. Parking directly at the house. On the terrace are high quality garden furniture. You have a barbecue, a parasol, an awning and garden chairs available. A cot and a high chair are at your disposal. Please login if required in advance, so that everything is prepared.

The climatic health resort of Plau am See is divided into several districts and stretches for around 8 km along the western shore of Lake Plauer See, Germany's seventh largest lake. The old town is characterized by half-timbered and brick houses of the farmers. As outstanding contemporary witnesses are next to the lifting bridge, the castle tower and castle museum, the Protestant town church "St. Marien "from the 13th C. And to visit the Plauer Rathaus in the style of the Dutch Renaissance. Another highlight is the lighthouse with a panoramic view right at the junction of the Müritz-Elde waterway to Plauer See.   The newly renovated house is located in a cottage settlement in the district Quetzin near the lake. The district Quetzin is located north about 4 km from the city center. The lake is within walking distance about 200 meters away, here is also a public swimming area.
