The house offers a total of 100 square meters of living space, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a spacious, bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom, a shower room with a washing machine, and the combined living and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, an induction hob (2026), an oven (2026), a microwave with grill (2026), a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a specialty coffee machine (Philips Senseo). The terrace features comfortable seating, a parasol, a large, high-quality Weber charcoal grill, and sun loungers. Upstairs, there are two further comfortably furnished bedrooms. A small gallery leads to the second bathroom with a bathtub. The house is part of a semi-detached property. The houses are conveniently connected at only one corner, so the other half of the house is not visibly adjacent and the terraces are not next to each other. This guarantees privacy. The garden with its lawn is fenced and bordered by a hedge.

All bedrooms are equipped with insect screens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
