Swimming, fishing, sailing, surfing, rowing, motor boating, stand-up paddleboarding, building sandcastles, sunbathing, cycling, or simply relaxing – these are just a few of the possibilities for a perfect holiday in our newly built holiday home right by the lake.

You can expect a modernly furnished holiday home on your own fenced garden plot with two terraces and a balcony offering fantastic views of Lake Plau. Our garden with a beach chair invites you to linger, read, or simply chill out. And for the barbecue enthusiasts among you, we have set up an outdoor kitchen with all the comforts to pamper your family or friends. The house is laid out as follows: On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a twin bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a shower room with double sinks, and the 36 sq m living and dining area with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen from which you can enjoy the lake view while cooking. All rooms have underfloor heating. On the top floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a 1.80m x 2.00m box-spring bed and a 1.20m x 0.60m baby cot, a balcony with fantastic views over Lake Plau, and a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have a modern smart TV, and the living area features a 55-inch OLED TV. Fiber optic internet is available in all rooms, and the windows are fitted with exterior blinds and mosquito nets. The beautiful, spacious country-style kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, bread slicer, fridge-freezer, and much more). The living/dining area offers a modern leather sofa, a fireplace for cozy evenings, and a large dining table. Our terrace off the living area has a comfortable sofa corner, and there is a large dining set on the terrace by the outdoor kitchen. Parking is available on the property, and additional free parking is located nearby. We provide a full range of children's equipment for our younger guests (high chair, children's tableware, toys, books, stair gate, etc.).
