Property was run down Railings on stairs were loose-was afraid I would pull them off. They provided coffee but no cream. When I saw that breakfast was included, I assumed we wouldn’t have to use powdered cream. Wrong. The oj machine dispensed clear water. The one employee never had time to fix it because he appeared to be the only employee on their busiest day of the decade.

Single Night Stay
One night stay in full bed with pull out couch. arrived 1/2 hr before check in time. Front desk checked me in without wait. Very pleasant worker at front desk. Room was clean, and spacious. Continental Breakfast. The only thing that I didn't care for was that the parking area was littered with cigarette butts, and a little trash. Rooms are non smoking. They need to put cans outside for the smokers to use. (I am an occasional smoker. I do not throw butts on ground.). I will book with this Inn on my next stay in the area. Value / Recommended.

Has what was needed for a night stay. Did find that someone should double check for cleanliness. Maybe a more diligent maintenance team to oversee the little things. Other than those things they stay was very pleasant.

We needed a local, quiet place to sleep after a long day of shopping. The hotel is basic but clean, affordable, breakfast included and I was surprised how comfortable the beds were. I'd like to give it 5 stars however we had a horrible sleep and therefore our stay was ruined. At 6 am, the room above us was blaring music so loud, it woke us up. We had to call the front desk twice before they finally got them to lower he music, but it was still loud. By then, we were wide awake and it took us a while to fall back alseep. Consequently, we missed breakfast but thata not a huge deal. There was constant stomping, a child running, it was just annoying on what should of been our relaxing, kid free, sleep in weekend. Front desk said sorry, but didnt seem to care. We left exhausted. Ask for a room on the top floor or ask to be placed away from long term renters.

Had to wait 10 minutes to check in. The TV buttons were inoperable Paid for 2 night stay Friday and Saturday check out for Sunday. Saturday at 1030 am Someone knocked once, and started to enter our room, while we were sleeping naked in bed. The fridge barely worked and ruined food we had. Sunday morning...... looking forward to a nice shower, NOPE......maybe 2 minutes of hot water. Very disappointed overall

This is an inexpensive option in Plattsburgh. It is an older motel, but my unit was quite clean and cheery. Everything was in working condition and my bed was very clean and comfortable. Front desk people were very welcoming to me and I did have an issue with me key trying to enter my room and a service technician came to assist and fix the problem right away. All in all it was a comfortable stay. Decent breakfast.

Stayed here two time last year and was very pleased. They have since allowed homeless people to stay in the hotel, and never notified us of this change. Nothing against homeless people at all, but 'vibe' was very different and I wasn't comfortable being there.

Altho we were in a nonsmoking room, it had previously been a non smoking room. Bad smell/old musty. Had to go buy allergy meds. Also stains on bedding and chairs. Could smell weed being smoke from somewhere. Will not book or recommend.

Room was obsolete. Stain on the carpet, bed sheet were used, AC vent was very dirty. We found a few bites of nuts under the bed and the bathroom. The picture does not reflect what we saw. Will never go back there again

I was very happy with the customer service. While the decor could use some updating.. the room was clean, spacious, well stocked, and the water was nice and hot. The breakfast was yummy and the the hotel is centrally located.

Je ne recommande pas cet endroit pour les familles. J’avais fait une réservation, il y avait eu une confusion lors d’un Check-in précédent. La personne à la réception a travaillé fort pour clarifier et régler la situation. J’ai eu une des dernières chambres à l’arrière de l’hôtel, sans beaucoup d’illumination, les articles de toilettes étaient incomplets et quand j’ai reçu ceux qu’il manquaient, ils étaient sales. J’ai fini pour acheter des serviettes parce que je ne voulais plus en demander. Je ne reviens plus à cet hébergement. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il est recommandé pour les familles.

Although the staff were very nice and the breakfast bar was great, my NON-SMOKING room smelled of smoke (it became worse when the neighbours started smoking and it came throught the vents). The windows were dirty, the bedspread was ripped/worn and the furniture looked like it had seen it's day. My door didn't close properly so it was a bit disconcerting as I was travelling alone. Overall I found the property to be looking shabby and uncared for. Not worth the money I paid for.
