"We checked in late 7P as there was an unexpected blizzard in Denver. We went to the room, all was fine until we attempted to utilize the microwave. All the power blew out in our room. We called the number listed 4 times, to NO AVAIL! We had NO POWER, NO LIGHTS, NO HEAT, NO TV, NO INTERNET, NO MICROWAVE! MOST IMPORTANTLY NO RESPONSE FROM THE Stone Mountain Lodge during a freezing cold blizzard night! I will be disputing this on my credit card, and do not recommend staying here, as there...

"Our stay was one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay again."

"Could not locate our reservation treated us like it was our fault. Had a 3 night reservation and after 1st night put our stuff in trash bags and was very rude again. Never apologized for the inconvenience."

"The breakfast was a big disappointment…the hot tub and pool area was okay until we discovered ants around the hot tub. The room was also okay but our tub had the stopper removed/broken, and misleading—over all just did not feel it was as nice, clean and accommodating as perceived when booking which was upsetting since I booked 2 weekends in a row for baseball tournaments but will now think we will be looking for a different option"

"Breakfast is poor compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The choices are few and the attention to the needs of the guests is minimal. For example, there are two kinds of cereal offered but no milk is available. This was noticed for the three mornings I was a guest. Additionally, one morning was cold outside and all the front doors were blocked open for the entire time guest were eating. If they are going to make the guest eat in the cold, the least they should do is issue warm coats...

"Great check in experience, lady operating the desk was very pleasant and kind. Answered all questions, very helpful. Room essentially clean except a small beige residue noted where shower stationary glass met the fiberglass threshold, about 6 inches by 2 inches in size. Also sheet on my bed had pilling of the cotton sheet in an area near head of bed, but other traveler had no problems with their bed in the room. Breakfast was good and temperature thru out hotel was comfortable. "

"They seemed to be short staffed but everyone was pleasant. The pool is pretty small and there was so chlorine that my families eyes burned just from being in the pool area. The hot breakfast items were not good! The omelets way over cooked, the bacon tasted spoiled, the potatoes were just dry, dry, dry. The biscuit for the biscuits and gravy were very hard too. "The hallways at night smelled like weed so strongly. In the mornings, it seemed to be fine. Breakfast was mediocre, your typical waffles and cereal fare. Hotel staff was rude when there were issues with the waffle batter dispenser. The room we stayed in had the wrong emergency exit sign, there was no microwave. In my friend's room, she had no coffee pot, but had an extra sitting chair and lamp. Room 133 bathroom door gets so stuck even a grown man had a hard time opening it. There were dirty...

"Even though the surroundings and the appearance of the facility were at first maybe a little less than welcoming, once we stepped inside, our experience was all around a good one. The desk attendant was quick and courteous, ,even at the late hour we’d arrived. We were surprised at how comfortable the bed was including the soft sheets.
