Ground Floor:
→ Spacious living room + dining room + satellite TV + very comfortable sofa that sleeps one person if needed + fireplace
→ Fully equipped kitchen
→ 1 full bathroom
→ 1 bedroom with a double bed
→ 1 fully equipped gym + mini-fridge + game room with table tennis

Top Floor:
→ 1 master bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, and a TV
→ 1 bedroom with a double bed
→ 1 full bathroom

We are writing to inform you about the introduction of an environmental tax in Greece pursuant to Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette Α 204/11-12-2023)

This new tax is not included in the price and must be paid by you in cash when you arrive at the property and meet the owner or property manager

After payment, the owner or property manager will provide you with a receipt


Depending on the type of property you booked, the following taxes will apply:

November through February

€4 per night

March through October

€15 per night

The amounts listed above are per night and NOT per person
