"Starting with the terrace/outdoor area, which, in addition to having unavailable chairs and no service even on sunny days (see attached photos), looked more like a place under renovation, with materials piled up. The jacuzzi? Broken, without any prior notice. The spa area also had poor infrastructure. The hotel also uses cheap and ugly flooring and tiles in its finishes, which do not match its supposedly superior category. The bathroom floors and tiles, for example, are of a very low...

"Great stay , loved the attention to detail! Thank you and keep up the good work!"

"This place is amazing! Close to old town, beautiful decoration, super cozy. We loved it!"

"El hotel de de primero nivel. Todo excelente! Y la ubicación no pudo ser mejor. Magnífica experiencia en Tallinn. Recomendable 100%.

"Siisti ja mukava huone. Erinomainen aamupala. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Kaikki toimi oikein hyvin vierailuni ajan."

"What an absolutely beautiful hotel. It was right outside of Old Town Tallinn and in the newer part of the city. So many shopping and restaurant options nearby. We walked to and from Terminal D and just about the entire time we were there. We would absolutely stay here again in the future."

"Matress is quite uncomfortable. Rooms with very big windows and curtains are not enough to block light from coming into the room. Breakfast is very good and you can have it until noon, which is great."

"Excelente acomodação, indico"

"Excellent location. Close to the shopping mall, the old Tallinn, and the Opera House. Room is comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it."
