If I were allowed to give zero stars I would have, this trip was a nightmare. I should have seen the red flags before I ever went because the host did not respond to my request as to the location of the property. After I got to the property, I completely understood why because it isn’t a very bad part of town. That was just the beginning.I was hosting a ceremony and told the VRBO host that I would be bringing soft drinks to chill in the refrigerator. We got there and the refrigerator was not working. I contacted the host, it was late in the evening and I panicked. The host told me she would have someone come and look at it. When I opened the door, I seriously did not want to let this person inside the home with just me and my daughter and grandson. I cannot expect professionalism or service from someone who’s wearing socks with holes inside slip on shoes, oily hair, only several teeth that were all rotten. But I let this man in pardon my judgment, and he, he pushed a couple of buttons on the outside, which I had already done because I have a similar refrigerator at home, and he told me he had reset it and it should be getting cool. After two hours the refrigerator still didn’t work and I texted the host again for help. At midnight, someone else came to repair the refrigerator, which also resulted in no improvement. At this point, it was too late and there were no cold drinks for my ceremony. It got worse with broken washing machine and towels from Hilton. More details googl
