The second front double door could use a lock. I did not feel very comfortable sleeping in the place because of the lack of locks(also one on bedroom). A deep cleaning of the window frames inside as well as the ventilation need to be cleaned. Space could be used more efficiently, living room could have another larger couch. As well as dressers...

Disturbed by rug corners sticking up causing tripping. Set things on them to be sure we 80 yo did not fall. W/D closet doors were broken. Kitchen sink in bad shape. Nicely equipped kitchen.
