"This was my second stay at the hotel, and we booked a room with lounge access. Since my check-in was late at night after a long train journey, I sent a request to the hotel asking them to set aside some food from the lounge so we could eat. I received no response, nor was my request fulfilled. At check-in, the lounge was still open, but dinner had already ended, and nothing was saved for us. The hotel restaurants had also closed, as had the shopping mall next door."
