2 to 4 person holiday home, a bedroom with bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room, large private terrace.
The cottage is located in a small-scale authentic residence in the municipality of Le Plan de la Tour. It is an 18th century renovated (private) "hamlet" built with natural stone.
A thorough renovation of the interior was completed in April 2016. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen and a spacious sofa bed that can be used as a single or double bed. There is a separate toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, a combination microwave oven, Senseo, SMEG kettle, bread maker, grill and extractor (outlet to the outside). Practical is also the nice large SMEG refrigerator. The necessary cutlery / crockery and kitchen utensils are also available.
Via the new staircase with a wrought iron railing you reach the bedroom with two single beds. There is also the shower room (shower + sink) and a closed dressing. For the little ones, a travel cot with mattress and a baby seat are available in the house itself.
Toys, reading books, board games, DVD 'also available to the tenants.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV with satellite reception TV VLAANDEREN (= Belgian, Dutch, French, German… channels).
The bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD player.
This "mazette" has a private terrace with lounge set (two-seater, 2x one-seater, lounge table + large umbrella) and a dining table with four chairs. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the "Massif des Maures" and some vineyards.
You can also use the communal washing machine and dryer.
