"Great property and location. We came for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint which was only about 20 minutes away. The house was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Walmart was a 5 min drive for things we forgot and plenty of restaurants around. Our host was great and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay again if we ever play here again "

"We had a great time hanging out by the pool! It's a quiet, rural setting which is great for relaxing. With five bedrooms there was enough space for each of us to get our own room and lots of space to cook/hangout in the common areas. Patricia was easy to reach and very helpful. "

"Awesome home and property! We had a large group of family members in town to watch a basketball tournament at Lake Point Sports. We had everything we needed and more - towels, bedding, dishes, cooking utensils,... Loved the high end appliances! All bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as described. Loved spending time on the huge front porch and back patio!"

"The cottage was exactly as described in the listing and the reviews. My teenage son and I stayed here during a trip to the area for baseball, and it was perfect for us. We were close enough to where he was playing yet far enough away that we could enjoy the quietness. We enjoyed fishing the ponds and appreciated the little touches and supplies provided inside the cottage. We will definitely look to stay here again if baseball brings us back to the area."

"We absolutely loved this house! This was the first time I’ve stayed somewhere where the pictures truly didn’t do it justice — the views were incredible, and the house was spotless. I really appreciated the thoughtful extra touches like the games, s’mores supplies, and suggestions for things to do in the nearby towns.
