"Room was not remodeled like the website claimed, my room looked nothing like the pictures. There’s minimal lighting, not good at all. Many of the amenities listed were not provided, room was not clean (someone else’s hair folded into the “clean” towels, white shaving cream stains all over the black wallpaper, hair in the shower & on the ceiling, glitter in the carpet, it’s never been dusted, bathroom door was caked with dust & toiletry products, etc), noisy guests… I gave it an extra star...

I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. "

"Excelente estadia para quem vai ficar muitos dias. Hotel localizado longe de manhatan mas proximo a metro que chega mais rapido e economiza estacionamento, para quem vai de carro super recomendo. Hotel novinho e com maquina de lavar e secar no quarto."
