"This is a great property and a great place to stay! When booking though realize that communication with this host is done through vrbo. You can book on expdia, but just realize that you have to create a vrbo account to get any communication about this particular property. The pool is excellent, well kept, and clean. That said, you can NOT check in early. They only allow check in AFTER 4 PM. SO DON'T bother to show up early. I hope this helps others when they book a stay here. The...

"Perfect place to call “home” for the week & made my work trip feel as close to as a vacation as it gets. The yard, spool & hot tub are awesome and it was great to have garage accessibility for when I came home later & wasn’t up to unpacking all my work equipment and wanted to have them secured inside. Hope this place is available next time I’m in the area!"

"We absolutely LOVED our time at this property. Nicolle was a wonderful host from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with such a thoughtful gift basket and an inviting ambience set throughout the house. While we had several activities lined up in Albuquerque during our week long stay, our children (ages 16 & 12) preferred to just relax at the property several times because they felt that at home. I can't speak highly enough of this property and Nicolle. My favorite part was coffee on the...

"This has been the best vrbo we have ever stayed. The place was cute with tons of little details to make it a great stay. Several mornings I had coffee on the patio table with hot air balloons floating above me. The owner is very responsive to messages. We will definitely stay there again when we are visiting. "

"We came to take our two boys to the ABQ BioPark. We wanted to find a place that was close, convenient, had a hot tub, and space for our two dogs. We were so glad to find that in this house. We enjoyed having our own space, playing cornhole, using the hot tub and fire pit outside. We also enjoyed cooking hamburgers and eating on the patio. Would recommend this house for anyone with a small family and animals. If we come back to the area I hope this place is available."

"My family was in NM for 4 days and we couldn't have asked for a better location to spend our short time there. It was literally a 1 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town. The house/neighborhood is surprisingly quiet despite the fact that it's so close to businesses and the bustle of shoppers and tourists. We would definitely stay again. "

"Wow! What a great spot near the golf course, airport, and campus. We were pleasantly impressed with the neat and functional layout. It was cleanly and organized for our stay. Luis was helpful and attentive. Definitely a place I’d be comfortable with staying at again and for a longer stay."

"Our stay was a true authentic New Mexico experience. The home was cozy and clean. The driveway was a little narrow so if you have a large vehicle you may want to park on the street. The neighborhood was quiet and near downtown. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Lugar incrível! Jardim impressionante! Super bem cuidado! Perto do old town precisa de carros para ir a shopping grande! Mas tem um lugar perto com diversos restaurantes e cafeteira! No hoje o restante é estilo comidas mexicanas! Não tomei café no hotel! Mas gostei muito do jantar no primeiro dia! Decoração com estilo do local! Interessante os quadros e móveis da recepção!"
