Guests enjoy the entire space privately, ensuring a comfortable and secluded stay.

Hosts live in San Diego and are always available if needed. However, with our self-check-in guide and the house maintained in excellent condition, a visit from us is typically unnecessary.

Parking: We offer one spacious driveway that accommodates up to four cars. However, larger vehicles may occupy space for two to three cars, depending on their size.

- First noise complaint will result in immediate eviction

- We also manage a studio unit beside the main house. These guests shared the outdoor area with this property

- Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation

- Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily

- No smoking at the property

- No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use

- Due to the constant use of this house, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that is not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest

- We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed
- If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given

- Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30 AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in

Our property is in a natural setting, so insects or small animals may occasionally appear. We do our best to minimize this, with professional pest control, maintenance, and cleaning, but keeping doors and windows closed at all times helps. Our cleaning team thoroughly inspects the home before each stay, though some may still find their way in. If you do notice any insects or small animals inside, please notify us, and we’ll send our team right away to address the issue. Kindly note, refunds will not be provided for these occurrences.

- We display generic images of board games, beach and pool toys, and personal/bathroom care items, which may not be available at the property. Refunds will not be provided for missing items, but if anything is unavailable, please inform the host, and we will arrange delivery or place an order through Amazon or Instacart

- During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as pool maintenance, gardening, and trash disposal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment
