"The location was incredible and the staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating. A chair in my room needed to be replaced and the TV was not fully installed yet, but neither of those things detracted from the experience in any meaningful way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Placencia."

"Pointe House is an attractive, clean, and well-appointed vacation home. There is a friendly caretaker on site. The pool is very nice and the views are outstanding.The road to the village is a little rocky for walking after dark so renting a golf cart may be a good idea. "

"We had a great stay! House was very clean. Excellent communication with Heather and Luti. We stayed on the ocean side for the first half of our stay, and it was nice to stay on the Lagoon side the second half and enjoy the Mountain views. Very quiet with no road noise. Lots of fun touches that families would enjoy, pool, kayaks, bikes, big Jenga…We biked to the bakery close by for great cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins. Took a 3 hour ATV ride through the jungle that my kids ages 14-25...

"The tour guides suggested by Tom were great. Snorkeling, Hiking, cave tubing, Mayan ruins - every experience was easily accesible from the home. Proximity to Palcencia was perfect- we took a golf cart into town each night for ice cream - a fun family excursion with teenagers. Truly a great home, great location, and a wonderful experience. "Property owner had a pipe bust at original property prior to our arrival. Rental manager called and emailed about upgrading and the recommended property was amazing. Host has someone meet you at property on arrival to walk you through, checks in you and Jessie made some wonderful recommendations.
