We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa! The home matched the photos perfectly and was spotless upon arrival. The views were breathtaking we loved the outdoor amenities.On our very first day, we saw a stingray and jellyfish right off the dock — such a cool and memorable way to start our trip! It truly felt like a special place from the beginning.Big Mac was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. He definitely goes above and beyond. By the end of the week, he felt like part of our family, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. He played a huge role in making our trip such a success.The chef and housekeeping staff were also wonderful. Arriving to a freshly prepared dinner on our first night after a long day of travel was such a nice treat. Carlos the boat captain was so friendly and knowledgeable during our snorkeling adventure. The tours were so much fun, and we made unforgettable memories here.We would absolutely return!We do have a few suggestions to make this place even better:-install hand rails in the showers and along the stairs for safety-have the guests control the hot tub settings-offer more of a variety of children's life vests-stock the upstairs refrigerators with water as well-add a bin to the pool area with towels to grab as needed-ensure all tvs were working, I never turned mine on but a couple of people in our group noticed the ones in their rooms had issues

Just as advertised! The house was beautiful. There were 9 of us and everything was perfect. The pool and the views were picturesque. Big Mac and his crew were very hospitable and the chef made great dishes. We went on an island hopping excursion that was top notch. Me and my family would definitely return!

Family Vacay

Our family's stay at Blue Diamond Tranquility was wonderful! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a spectacular job. Big Mac and his wife are stellar hosts. We rented the party bus to transport our group of 8 adults and 8 children to and from the airport--it is truly a party bus! Totally worth it. The kids had a blast. We also booked the private chef for our dinners and enjoyed some delicious food! Big Mac and his crew serviced great breakfasts and lunches. Our excursions were great, especially the snorkeling. We did ziplining/waterfall as well. The beach at the house wasn't great because of the seaweed but not much anyone could do about that. It was a great week in a beautiful place!

Relaxing time! Highly recommend this VRBO!Great staff, Macario was there for any need that arose. He and the staff made wonderful breakfasts and lunches for 7 days.Beds were very comforatable as well as the temperature in the house.We so enjoyed all the outdoor activities.We also hired the chef for each night, and dinners were decilious.You cannot go wrong in reserving this Villa!The entire place is just like the pictures on VRBO.

An awesome stay in Belize!

Our stay at this beautiful home in Belize was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as pictured online—perfect in every way. The pool area and beach were where we spent most of our time, and both were truly picture-perfect. The beach was cleaned daily and looked pristine every morning.The staff made our stay extra special. The wonderful ladies who came by each day kept everything spotless—they always had fresh beach and bath towels ready, cleaned our rooms daily, and refreshed our bathrooms. They also made the most delicious homemade tortillas and even took the time to teach us how to make them, which was such a fun and memorable experience.Big Mac really sets the bar high. He did everything for us—from cooking delicious breakfasts and lunches to mixing drinks and assisting with our boat excursions. He was always there, ready to help with anything we needed. His energy, kindness, and attention to detail made this trip extra special. Honestly, the trip wouldn’t have been the same without him!Carlos was equally amazing. When one of our guests experienced motion sickness on the bus ride, Carlos was incredibly kind and helpful—he moved her to the front and talked her through the entire ride. He was also our boat driver and took us to some of the most breathtaking spots. He was truly a “lifesaver” in every sense of the word!We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

AMAZING!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!

This was an absolutely perfect vacation! I cannot say enough about how perfect our trip was! We have been taking these girls trips all over the Caribbean and Mexico for 11 years now. This trip is now our #1!!! The owner has spared no expense to make sure your visit is luxurious! The party bus pick up from the airport was amazing and crazy fun! The private boat excursions and pick up from the villa were fabulous! Private transportation to all excursions! We did the zipline, tubing and waterfall, WOW is all i can say! The property is even more spectacular than the photos! Then there is Big Mac and his staff! They are the cherry on top of this amazing trip! The food was amazing!!! I gained 5lbs as a result! Totally worth it!! We went out to dinner one night and we wished we would have stayed in for dinner. We will 100% be returning to this property! Also, don't stress about the rain in the forecast. I was constantly checking and it said rain everyday. We didn't see one drop of rain the entire week! The best week vacation ever!!

Family Vacation

The house and property were even more beautiful than the pictures. I can't say enough to express how much Big Mac and his family made us feel at home. They fixed our breakfasts and lunches. We hired the chef for many of our nights. The meals were all delicious. Big Mac was awesome! He set up whatever activity we wanted to do. He drove us to the excursions and out to eat a couple of nights. He made everything so easy and stress free. We arranged the resort's party bus to get to and from the airport. It was so much fun! We would love to return to this place again!!

Amazing stay!

I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay at this villa! We were celebrating my sister's 40th birthday and Big Mac and staff took care of EVERYTHING from the time we arrived to the time we departed! We didn't have to lift a finger, and they were very responsive. The property is ~45mins from the nearest village however, the property had a lot of things/activities on premises so we didn't really have to leave. It was cool though that they had transportation options on the property for when we did want to venture out to the village, and excursions. My only "complaint" if I had to say anything was the party bus was underwhelming and the air conked out on us -- it was a 2 1/2 hour ride with no air. Nonetheless, when I contacted Valerie about it, she rectified it immediately and offered a solution my group was happy with. I really appreciated her prompt attention to the matter. The good thing is she said they have a new bus in the works so hopefully it will not be an issue for anyone else. All-in-all, we had an amazing time and I would definitely return, and recommend.

So much more than a VRBO

Blue Diamond is an amazing find. From the moment we booked, Valerie, the host had excellent communication. She provided information on meal planning, excursions and answered questions about the property. As our trip approached we were connected with Macurio (Big Mac). He coordinated grocery shopping, meal planning, and the bar. We communicated on WhatsApp and that worked great. When we arrived Big Mac was waiting for us with the party bus (totally worth it). There was plenty of room for our group of 16 and all of our luggage. The trip from Belize City Airport (BZE) took just over 2 hours. The drive went by quick with fun conversation, local beer and champagne. We even stopped for some BBQ chicken along the route. When we arrived we found the house to be incredible. The eight bedrooms were all pretty much the same. 4 had gorgeous ocean views. Every bedroom had a very comfortable king bed, a private bathroom and great air conditioning. No matter which room you got, it was great. The pool was fantastic. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the pool and enjoying some great drinks that Big Mac made. By the pool is a great hut that has a bar, tv, and outdoor kitchen. The chef, Orville, cooked most of the meals out there. The food that Big Mac and Orville prepared was better than any of the restaurants we experienced. I would recommend planning on eating at the house. It was fantastic. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for the best!

AMAZING

Big Mac and his family were absolutely amazing. They took care of our group of 15, like they have known us forever. We had a slight hiccup with the chef. Big Mac jumped in a prepared ALL 3 meals; while taking us on excursions and ensure we had everything we needed. Ohh, I can’t forgot the house, simply beautiful. 8 equally beautiful king suites. I could see our group planning another trip in the near future.

Excellent Stay

All of our expectations were met and/or exceeded on this vacation. The staff were amazing. They took such good care of us and always anticipated what we might need. Members of our group did 4 different excursions and they loved them all. Big Mac and his wife Marva and the rest of the staff receive the highest marks. This place checked all of the boxes for a relaxing vacation.

A Piece of Paradise!

My group of nine girlfriends spent five nights at this wonderful vacation home. We enjoyed thoroughly, the beautiful, setting,wonderful accommodations and helpful staff, who provided breakfast and lunch daily, as well as did the shopping for our annual getaway. The pictures don’t quite do the beautiful house justice. We really enjoyed our experience from beginning to end and the Butler was incredibly helpful, providing transportation, as well as guidance as we explored Placencia. The house and grounds are very well maintained and we enjoyed every inch of the property during our vacation. Warm breezes at the boat dock and sunrise views on the rooftop.

Amazing home and support staff, nothing short of stellar!

What a great place! The Blue Diamond home is phenomenal, and Big Mac and his team elevated our stay to a level we have not experienced at any of our many other home rentals. The fun began when Mac picked us up at the airport in his party bus, and he kept us laughing and entertained on the drive to the house. When we pulled into the driveway, our guests started applauding when they saw the house. It is that special. The home has a private pier with dining over the water, thatched roof outdoor bar that seats 16+, gorgeous pool and hot tub steps from the water, sand volleyball court, cornhole boards on the raked sand beach, two lit pickleball courts, spacious open floor plan, 4 bedrooms with ocean views and another 4 with lagoon views, two bicycles, a golf cart for exploring nearby restaurants and bars, and multiple vans for touring with Mac. On our Day 1 tour Mac took us river rafting, which was great fun running the class II rapids on individual inner tubes. We then headed to the waterfalls, where we either waded, jumped from the platform, or if you were a cliff diver like Mac, dove about 15’ or so from the side of the waterfall. On Day 2 we stayed close to home, playing pickleball, cornhole, and Rummikub, with a mid-day run into Maya Beach on the golf cart. There we had a great lunch at Bistro and then hung out at a swim-up bar called Mickey’s. Day 3, our last, we went to San Ignacio to see the Mayan ruins. Wedding of our dreams

We chose Blue Diamond Tranquility Resort a year before our stay/wedding. We were in communication with Valerie from that point on and she was a great help to making the greatest weekend ever. We were a group of 17 and every single one of us felt like kings and queens that weekend. Every inch of the property is luxurious, safe and so nice. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and both hot tubs. We opted to have the chef cook for us and every meal was delicious! Her team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was special and it truly was!! Completely unforgettable experience. We hope to be back soon!! I cannot recommend this stay, Valerie and her team enough.

AMAZING property!

We just finished an amazing 6 night vacation. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. First off, the property is really nice. There are 8 bedrooms that are all equally great (no fighting over who gets the nice room). The lower pool and bar are a great place for morning and late/afternoon drinking around the pool. The upper hot tub and deck is great for watching the sunset and to relax in the early evening as the height and breeze keeps the bugs away. Finally, I loved that the resort has 2 pickle ball courts for playing around. Second, the people are fantastic! Big Mac is an amazing host - very friendly and accommodating. He oversees breakfast, lunch and drinks. The rest of the staff were like efficient fairies - they kept everything neat and clean. Third, we were THRILLED with our choice for an optional chef. Big Mac gave us a potential menu of mostly American dishes, but Orville was able to offer up a series of Belizean dishes that were delicious and unlike any food we had eaten before - Salbutes, Chimole, Escabeche and others. This was definitely a highlight of our week. You should definitely stay here too.

40th Bday

We had a group of 13 travel from Fort Lauderdale- we had some delays on flights and had to change our arrival time multiple times- Valerie and Big Mac were fabulous and assisted us in everything we needed to get to the house. They coordinated getting a cake made for my husbands birthday, scheduled and drove us to all of our excursions, and just overall made everything seamless for our travel. The house was gorgeous and we loved that all of the rooms had king size beds so nobody felt like they were getting a smaller space. The pool was beautiful, as was the beach. All of the excursions we took were private and the guides were knowledgeable and made sure we enjoyed our time. The area was beautiful and we were able to drive the golf cart into town to grab any snacks or items we wanted to purchase. Hands down the best place we have ever stayed! Thank you so much!

Long awaited friend reunion!

My friends/sisters and I had an amazing time. This was our first time in Belize for many of us and first time traveling together since before the pandemic. Mac and the staff were very accommodating! Our group has only done all inclusive resorts in the past but wanted to do something different this time while making sure that we got all that we needed. This was more than we could have dreamed of. Being the planner that I am, I had so many questions leading up to the trip. Valerie, the owner, was so helpful and quick to answer. If I thought of something, she would work to make it happen. There was so much done in preparation for our visit and while we were there, we received nothing but smiles and catering to all our needs and wants. There were 11 women from all over the U.S. Mac and his family took excellent care of us as a group and individually. We will definitely be looking to return to this beautiful place in the future! We highly recommend it to others.

A great week in Belize

Our family group of 17 included 10 adults and 7 grandkids ages 4 months to 14 years old. This amazing home/ compound held us with ease, and having the beach and the pool right outside could not have been better. Big Mac, the concierge / driver/ cook took total care of us, arranging all our side trips , meals, and special needs. His wife and sister in law were constantly cleaning the house, and providing delicious breakfasts and lunches for our large group. We hired a chef to cook 4 of our nightly meals, which were great as well. We did a 1/2 day snorkel to Moho Caye which worked out for all ages in our group. Big Mac also set up a scuba dive for 6 of our group, and they saw and Eagle Ray with a 12' wingspan. Lots of other fish including nurse sharks, eel, blowfish etc. The non-scuba people went on a 1/2 day River Tubing run, and then swimming in a pool under a beautiful waterfall We were sad to leave yesterday, but after many years of family trips, this was everyone's favorite spot so far. I highly recommend this property.

Family Fun

I can’t begin to say what a wonderful experience this was!!! The property was just as beautiful and luxurious as the pictures. We had 14 family members ranging from ages 1-68. The accommodation’s were so comfortable and fit everyone’s needs. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! The ladies that kept the house beautiful, held our babies, braided hair and made us gifts. They helped us get to a doctor when the baby was sick. We could go on and on and never say enough. We loved them!! Big Mac was a constant, always to help us with every situation!! He cooked, planned fun, played games with us, bought groceries and even brought his son over to play with my grandchildren. They also have a chef you can hire, and I would highly recommend him. He was so sweet and his meals were exceptional!! He was always there and happy!! Before we went I had a million questions for the hostess and she never failed to give me the information I needed to make good decisions. She then hooked me up with Big Mac the week we left so I could get everything lined up! We thoroughly enjoyed everything and would highly recommend and even plan to go back. Thanks to the whole staff. The only thing I would recommend is to book excursions before hand so you don’t spend all your cash on that. You can use credit card on groceries and restaurants so I tried to do that to save cash for tips souvenirs, etc! LOVED IT!!
