"Staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful. My room keys did not work and they were rekeyed and replaced 3 times. Maintenance tried as well. After we had settled in because they couldn't get the room keys to work, we were moved to a different room. They obviously had not had the time to clean it. Floor was dirty questionable as to what it was stuck to the floor. I used wash wipes to clean it. The room was so stuffy and hot. This was resolved in a few hours once the AC/fan kicked in....

"The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine. The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too! The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw...

"The front door would not lock, the plate was not aligned correctly. We put all of our luggage in front and slept with one eye open. It is right on the boardwalk and the location was great. Hot, good coffee in the office in the morning and the AC was cold! I would recommend if you are running most of the day and just need a place to crash."
