The space
This stone duplex has a vintage look and feel, but has updated amenities. There are high ceilings and large windows, but modern appliances, Wifi, and spaces . The kitchen is fuly outfitted with large and small appliances including dishwasher, European wash and dry unit (all in one), utensils and linens. I've provided fluffy white towels in the bathroom and 100% cotton, 400 thread count white linens. White screams clean!

This is an up-down duplex. This apartment is located on the first floor of the home. You may share an integral garage space. There are two entrances - the front door and the side/kitchen door. You'll also have a lovely small balcony overlooking the lovely back yard. You may spy deer, and we've seen them sleeping under our mature magnolia tree.
