Room was excellent other than noise in hallways with doors slamming, talking and barking animals when people came to rooms during the evening. staff was very friendly and helpful. "The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"
