We stayed while moving our daughter into U of Pittsburgh, and the condo is really cool being a converted industrial space.
The space is large with a complete kitchen and furnishings. The bedrooms have queen beds, so my wife and I did sleep in separate rooms given we're used to a king bed.
While it's situated on a small, almost alley-like street, we parked on the street and weren't worried for safety. Within 3 blocks are BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes dealerships - the area is nice. A paid garage parking option was available, but we opted to park on the street.
We only had 1 incident regarding a smoke alarm beeping in the middle of the night. When the owner realized the next day it hadn't been resolved properly, he personally came over and took care of it at 900pm. His attention to service was outstanding. Other than that one night, we really enjoyed the place!
