"The room was perfect, spacious and clean with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room was cleaned while we were out and the hot chocolate chip cookies were the best touch. Hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. The staff, especially Malaysia at the front desk was awesome.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but not terrible a little pricey though.
You do need a rental car here though, nothing is in walking distance but we found driving in Pittsburgh fairly easy. We...

"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place.
The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk.
She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"
