Like all CozySuites, this condo feature seamless check-in, fast wifi, thoughtful touches, and a tech-first approach – so you can live like a local and feel at home on the road.
The Space:
DISCLAIMER: While each CozySuite is designed according to our style and décor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, décor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit.
Our spacious studio apartments feature inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a pool, 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor lounge with grills and a fire pit, and a courtyard and hammock area.
You can also enjoy :
- In-unit washer and dryer for free
- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed!
- TV in the living room
- Complimentary coffee
- Only street parking is available
- Pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day

Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
It’s all happening in Lawrenceville. While you’re in town, explore local attractions like The Roberto Clemente Museum, Arsenal Bowl, Arsenal Park, Row House Cinemas- which focuses on showcasing indie films and themed movie runs. If you’re looking to do some shopping, the neighborhood has many boutique shops selling clothing, home goods, hand blown glass, and other items. Don’t pass on local eatery spots such as The Abbey on Butler Street, Industry Public House, The Vandal, Ki Ramen, Geppetto Cafe, and many more.

The neighborhood's location also makes it easy for you to walk directly to local attractions, shops, eateries, and nightlife. You can also bring your bike with you and use it to explore, because the property offers bicycle storage.

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
