Guest access
The property has four units. This is a self-contained unit with a separate entrance therefore nothing will be shared. The unit is located on the 1st floor of the fourplex. This means that you will have the entire place to yourself, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area.

Guests have access to:

1. The front patio at the shared entrance.
2. The in-unit private deck area from the living room.

➤Please provide a copy of your Government ID. ID Verification is required to check in.
➤Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
➤Please check the house rules.
➤No smoking inside the unit. Guests are responsible for trashing the cigarette buds in the outdoor bins. Please check the house rules.
➤ No parties allowed, noise monitoring device is placed inside the unit.
