Just meters from the golden sands of the Pissouri Beach, Villa Paralaki is a two-storey delight set amid the flourishing Mediterranean landscape!

Your main living area within sees two cosy sofas around a stylish coffee table and in front of the large satellite TV. There’s a fabulous fully-equipped kitchen with a modern set-up where you can rustle up a treat for the whole group, and a large table around which everyone can enjoy it! Air-conditioning throughout the home will keep you feeling cool and content, even when the sun is fiery outside! Double door access to the garden allows a warm breeze to flow through the living spaces, perfect for a little fresh air in the mornings!

All three spacious bedrooms are on the first floor, with gentle earthy tones and stunning artworks adorning the walls. The master suite features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom where you can enjoy a large shower. Providing magnificent sea-views and the perfect spot for enjoying your relaxing morning coffee, there is a large veranda on this first-floor too. The other two rooms are both twin-rooms, with large single beds. A full family bathroom completes this floor while on the ground floor you will also find a guest WC.

When you’re ready to soak up the sunshine, simply step outside into your fabulous landscaped garden and dive into your enormous private pool for the most refreshing cool-off! All around the pool, there are loungers to provide a comfortable spot for sun-bathing and socialising, and lining there is a vibrant array of Mediterranean foliage, breathing life into this colourful garden.

The dazzling sea which you can see in the distance is just a short walk or very quick drive away, where you can enjoy the golden sands of Pissouri Beach and a whole host of bars and cafes. With Limassol 30 minutes to the east and Paphos 30 minutes to the west, you’re ideally placed to enjoy the best bits of the island of Cyprus.

Just a short walk from the stunning coastline of southern Cyprus, Villa Paralaki is located in the charming Pissouri village where the sea meets the mountains, providing a perfect holiday destination! The nearby beach is renowned for its golden sands, crystal-clear waters and calm sea, not to mention its gorgeous view across the striking bay.

Just a thirty-minute drive north-west is the vibrant city of Paphos, European Capital of Culture in 2017 and renowned as the birthplace of Greek goddess Aphrodite. Meanwhile, less than half an hour to the east, Limassol is the second-largest city in Cyprus, and known among locals as the party capital of Cyprus. With a cosmopolitan feel and the warmest winters in Cyprus, you can enjoy many an hour strolling through its charming medieval town centre. Both cities have charming promenades where you can enjoy a casual stroll with wonderful views. And for a lively night, venture into a traditional buzukia or any of the bars and restaurants which line the streets of the old town.

This region is known for its beautiful beaches, with stunning coastal walking paths, and along the coast, you will find dazzling Marina’s oozing class, lined with luxurious yachts. With a rich history, you can enjoy sights such as the ancient cities of Amathus and Kourion, with beautifully preserved Roman-era mosaics, Tomb of the Kings, Paphos Archaeological Park and the Limassol and Kolossi Castles.

On the west coast of Cyprus, there is the tranquil Akamas Peninsula. Here you will find a wild and unspoilt landscape filled with deep gorges and sandy bays, where plants and wildlife alike can flourish! One of the highlights of this area is the Blue Lagoon which you can take an organised boat tour too for an unforgettable swim spot!

Gastronomes will delight with a visit to Cyprus – the traditional Meze with a whole variety of small hot and cold dishes, meanwhile kebabs, Mousaka or Kleftiko are also excellent options. Notable events of the region include the Limassol Wine Festival (every September) and Limassol Carnival (every February/March), where you can party late into the night in a whirlwind of colour!

This property is also within a half hour’s drive of Paphos International Airport, so getting in and settled into your home-from-home will be stress-free and easy!
