  • O PISMO SHORES PARADISE foi maravilhosamente atualizado com uma decoração neutra na praia. Localizado no popular complexo familiar, Pismo Shores. Este dois quartos, 1. 5 unidade de banho é luminoso e arejado, com belas vistas do oceano a partir da suíte master. O condomínio da praia foi completamente remodelado para proporcionar uma vida de praia luxuosa. A comunidade Pismo Shores possui uma piscina aquecida, spa, clube com sala de estar, cozinha e salão de jogos. O complexo é fechado para a maior segurança e tem acesso privado à praia.

    Devido às diretrizes estritas do HOA, este aluguel é de no mínimo 7 noites. Aluguel mensal está disponível outubro-abril. Solicite preços mensais.

    Este imóvel de férias é um imóvel licenciado na cidade de Pismo Beach. Existe uma cidade obrigatória em Pismo Beach com um imposto de cama no total de 13% dos aluguéis arrecadados, taxas de limpeza e taxas de reserva (ou taxa de conveniência do cartão de crédito) para locações com menos de 30 noites. Charming Condo on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to beach. Loved that the pool wasn't freezing although it wasn't a major holiday. Nice ocean view from upstairs balcony. Sliding doors can use some help. Would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed the comfort and location of the home. The location is perfect for walking to beach, swings/ slides/climbing structures for kids, shops, and restaurants. The house was quiet, clean, and the kitchen had everything for making meals.

Incredible property steps from the beach

Our stay here was perfect. The location is amazing, quiet, and family friendly. It was the most well stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in with a full kitchen and everything you need to make great meals. The beds were comfortable and it was set up to accommodate large families. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location

I stayed here with my family of 3 and our small dog. We loved it! The place is fully stocked for a lot of the necessities and very nicely decorated. The view on the balcony is beautiful

Beach walk paradise

Super comfortable bedrooms with ocean sounds all around. We so enjoyed getting up for morning walks on the beautiful beach. Great bbq setup right outside the kitchen. Walking distance to shops and restaurants make it hard to beat!

Proximity to the beach is great for a family with young kids. Access to the hot tub and spa made for alternative fun water time. AND you're right behind Old West Cinnamon Rolls, which an easy walk out the complex. The unit allowed us to relax and enjoy Pismo. Icing on the cake would be if there were throw blankets.

Perfect Family Time

We had a wonderful time. The week flew by. The unit was clean, organized and had everything we needed. We were a stone's throw from the beach. Booking and checking out was easy. The management company was excellent.

Beautiful!

Super clean condo in a beautiful location. Loved being able to walk into town & on the beach for miles. The pool & hot tub area was great. We really appreciated how organized everything was in the kitchen & throughout the condo. It was stocked with so many thoughtful extras to make your stay as easy as possible. Excellent communication from property manager from start to finish. Can't wait to return.

Xmas’23

This is a well maintained condo in a nicely kept gated community. Steps away from the beach so listening to the ocean at night was awesome. Beds were very comfortable and the well supplied kitchen made cooking a pleasure. Plenty of places to eat and plenty to see and do close by. Only downside we could come up with is we wished there was a light fixture above the dining table. We will be back another time.

Pismo Retreat

We loved the location and cleanliness inside and outside. Security system was easier then I expected. The condo had all the amenities we expected except the pool was not heated. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs lights and fans were a little tricky to operate otherwise we had everything we needed.

Lovely 2 story condo close to the shore and downtown Pismo Beach. I booked through VRBO but then had to communicate directly with 7 Sisters. Everything was fine after we were in the property - they were very helpful and responsive if I had questions or a problem. The tile floors downstairs can be cool so bring slippers. Very good cooking tools and room for your food. Accurate listing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The location was walking distance to everything we did and the place was clean and comfortable. It did take awhile for management to answer questions, if at all sometimes. We did not have blankets for the pull out sofas, so bring extras. The fan in the master bedroom did not work as well and we needed to keep the windows open to keep it cool upstairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would absolutely stay here again! Can see the ocean from inside and outside this rental. Such a close walk to the beach. We were a bit worried about only having one full bathroom. It was NOT an issue at all. The full bathroom is connected to another two sink space with doors. Plus the downstairs half bath. Place was entirely clean. Very comfy couch. Pillows and bedding also all comfy. Loved having a covered parking spot plus additional parking always available. No complaints at all!
