"The property was excellent for our family group of 4 adult couples. The bedrooms were all spacious with good facilities. The general villa had all the amenities required and had plenty of cooking facilities and utensils. The pool and the view were superb and we had great experiences using the bbq grill and wood fired pizza oven. It is well located for access to local towns and cities. Volterra and Lucca were our favourites but we had a must see morning in Pisa which was very busy as expected....

"Gorgeous villa, photos do not do the location justice. Quiet and rural but with so many amazing amenities within a few minutes stroll. We enjoyed pizza, family restaurant, cafe, bakery, grocers and a market as well as a jewellers, pharmacy and stationary book shop. The local museum is incredible and handy location for a bus to Pisa. The host was friendly and kind and hugely helpful. Will return!"

"Unser Aufenthalt bei Antonio und seiner Frau war wirklich hervorragend! Sie wohnen direkt hinter dem Haus, man bekommt sie jedoch kaum mit. Beide sind Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend und geben gerne Tipps zu AusflĂŒgen in der Gegend. Sogar die Kirche im Dorf und die Geschichte dazu wurde uns persönlich von Antonio gezeigt. Wir haben selten so nette Gastgeber gehabt. Das charmante Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und liegt sehr schön auf den HĂŒgeln von Pisa. Der Salzwasser-Pool wird zwei mal die Woche...

"Beautiful villa, well-appointed and with plenty of outdoor space where you can enjoy your evenings. The swimming pool was clean and big enough for our party of 10. Bonus points for the early evening spraying around the pool to keep it mosquito-free. The host lives nearby and is happy to help with advice when needed. We enjoyed very much our time at the villa and won’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends as well. Grazie!"

"What a lovely property in mid Tuscany. Privacy of the pool and hot tub was great. It was tempting to stay there all the time but was well located for trips out to San Gimignano, volterra Siena and Chianti Classico region. Hosts Gina and Franco were so welcoming and helpful. They generously ensured we had some food, drink and some Italian desserts. We would love to come again. "
