It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area on a mezzanine floor, a shower room and a garden of around 1,600 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee machine.
- Shower room

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Mezzanine sleeping area with 2 single beds (90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed and bath, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 1,600 m², planted with maritime pines and mainly west-facing. There is a terrace with garden table, sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is located in the seaside resort of Pirou, close to a shellfish farming area, in a very pleasant setting with a beautiful view of the coastline. All the essential shops are close at hand, around 2 km away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
